Shake the roll-on well before each use to mix the essential oils.

Apply generously to wrists, then rub gently to release aromas and inhale deeply.

Repeat the application 2 to 3 times a day or as needed, especially during times of mental fatigue or low energy.

Do a skin test: Apply a small amount to the inside of your elbow (knuckle) and wait 24 hours. If a reaction (redness, itching, irritation) occurs, discontinue use.
