Instructions for use
Apply generously to the lower abdomen and lower back.
Apply 2 to 4 times a day or as needed.

Precautions for use
Contraindications: Under anticoagulant treatment and allergy to methyl salicylate.
External use only: Do not swallow.
Keep out of reach of children.
Avoid contact with eyes, mouth and mucous membranes:
In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately and thoroughly with clean water.
Do not apply to irritated, damaged or sensitive skin.
Do not use in pregnant or breastfeeding women without medical advice.
Do a skin test: Apply a small amount to the inside of your elbow (knuckle) and wait 24 hours. If a reaction (redness, itching, irritation) occurs, discontinue use.
Consult a healthcare professional before use if you suffer from chronic conditions (asthma, epilepsy, heart problems, etc.).
In case of known allergies to plants, essential oils or natural components, avoid using the product.
Do not exceed the recommended dose: Excessive application may cause skin irritation.
Store away from heat and light: To maintain product stability and effectiveness.
Do not use if the bottle or packaging is damaged.
Do not use simultaneously with other products containing essential oils without medical advice, to avoid overloading.
If in doubt or if an adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
Flammable product: Do not expose the product to sources of heat or open flames.
Store in a dry place: Avoid humidity which can affect the quality of the product.
Protect from light: Keep the roll-on in its original packaging or in a dark place to protect the essential oils from degradation due to UV rays.
Storage temperature: Maintain between 15°C and 25°C. Avoid extreme temperatures (too cold or too hot) which can alter the product.
Do not store in the bathroom: Humidity and temperature variations may affect the stability of the ingredients.
Carefully close the bottle after each use to prevent evaporation of essential oils and ensure the longevity of the product.
Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture.
Expiration date: Indicated on the product label (format: MM/YYYY).
Please do not use the product after this date.
Franchement ça m’aide pas mal, je me sens plus posée avant mes règles. L’odeur est top. J’attends de voir sur la durée, mais je recommande !
Franchement, j’étais pas hyper convaincue au début, mais je l’ai testé pendant mes dernières règles et je dois dire que ça m’a fait du bien. J’ai pas des douleurs de ouf, mais j’ai souvent une gêne dans le bas-ventre, et là, avec le roll-on, j’ai senti une vraie petite amélioration. Pas un miracle non plus, mais assez pour que je l’utilise à chaque fois maintenant. Et puis l’odeur est vraiment douce, ça fait du bien au moral aussi.
